Yes, from your plan page. Moving up is paid at checkout and starts when the payment is confirmed; moving to a cheaper plan or to Free costs nothing and starts when the month you have paid for ends. The page says which before you confirm.

Trial availability depends on the live subscription catalog. If a plan includes a trial, the current trial period is shown directly on that package.

You can pay by credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard) through PayFast, or by instant EFT from your bank app through Ozow. Card details are entered on the provider’s secure checkout and never touch NuHealth.

Yes. Cancel within 7 days of paying for a plan and it ends that day with a full refund (the ECT Act cooling-off). After that you can still cancel any time: nothing more is charged and the month you paid for stays active until it ends. A charge made in error or twice is reversed in full. The refund policy sets out the details for consultations and orders.
